Enjoyed the Christmas festivities and decorations, especially the cozy fireplace. Location was perfect for exploring the area's natural beauty and walking trails. The food was delicious and varied, with options for different dietary needs.

The room was quite small and lacked some basic amenities. The staff seemed rushed and not very approachable, which made us feel less welcomed as guests.

Bathroom bit small (toilet really squeezed between wall and bathtube); Internet access far too complicated procedure, even for professionals (pity !)

The staff were very helpful. We arrived late and needed to go out to eat. They gave us the room key immediately and told us to register later. Breakfast was good. Staff were polite. Room was comfortable & clean. Checking out was easy. I would stay again.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the dining room had a nice atmosphere. the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Plus, the hotel offered complimentary Christmas cookies, which was a thoughtful touch.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the heating system was not very efficient and made the room too hot at times.
